It is good to have an independent bible believing church that has a preacher with fine elocution skills and sticks to the subject and scripture. Pastor Flesher keeps your attention, does not pound the pulpit, and teaches you. This is a small church with people of a broad cross section of social/economic levels - from blue collar to upper class. They believe in the basic fundamentals of the faith. The music is traditional hymns, but the vocalists and musicians are college trained and highly skilled. Some members have a four octave range. Pianists are college music majors. If you are tired of the noisy and less reverent "seeker friendly" format this is the place for you, though seekers are welcome and Greencastle is friendly to them. "Emerging church" people won't be found here.
